The quickest way to reach AirnTV is WhatsApp, and the number sits just below. Keeping it to one chat is a deliberate choice. Orders, activation, setup help and refunds stay in a single thread, so your history is always on screen and you never have to explain twice. Someone is there 24/7, whether you are buying your first month or a channel froze ten minutes before kickoff.
Message AirnTV on WhatsApp
Reply Times, Hours and Activation
Hours: Mon-Sun, 24 hours. Weekends and holidays are staffed the same as any weekday, which matters when the big games land on a Sunday.
Replies: a human reads messages in the order they arrive. The chat gets busy in the hour before major games and fight nights, so install on a new device the day before when you can.
Activation: when we see the payment, the login typically reaches you under 15 minutes later, together with steps for your exact device.
Language: we answer in English. A couple of short lines and a screenshot usually tell us everything.
What to Send for a Fast Answer
Good details in the first message save a round of questions. Find your reason below and include what it lists.
- A channel is down during a game: your username, the exact channel name as it appears in your player, the group it sits in and a photo of the screen. Mention your device and app too. That is enough for us to check the feed straight away.
- Ordering a plan: how many months you want (1, 3, 6 or 12) and how many screens need to stream at the same time. Every plan button on the AirnTV pricing page writes that message for you. New to it all? The how-to-buy page for an AirnTV subscription covers payment and activation.
- The free trial: tell us which TV, stick or phone you will test on, and ideally which game you want to watch. You can also use the 24-hour trial request form.
- Setup problems: what you are watching on (for example a Fire TV Stick 4K Max or a Samsung TV), which player app is installed, and a picture of any error message. Our device-by-device setup guides often fix it before we even reply.
- "Which channel shows my game?": the sport, the league and your country or region. We can point you to the channel group, while the broadcaster's own schedule confirms the game itself. The AirnTV sports hub and the channel lineup are good first stops.
- Adding screens or renewing: your username plus the new length or screen count. Plans never roll over automatically, so each renewal is your call.
- A refund: the username plus a short description of what went wrong, as set out in our refund policy.
Three Quick Fixes While You Wait
Most playback glitches clear in a minute. Try these even after you have messaged us, and let us know which ones you did.
- Fully close and reopen the player. Swipe it away instead of pressing Home. That reloads the channel list and the guide.
- Pick a lighter copy of the channel. If a 4K or FHD feed stutters, switch to the HD one. Fast live sport needs a steady line, and a cable to the router beats Wi-Fi.
- Set the device clock to automatic. A wrong time zone can upset logins and the program guide.
No luck? A quick photo of the TV is all we need to dig in. For menus inside specific apps, see the IPTV Smarters Pro setup guide and the TiViMate setup guide. Our live IPTV explainer covers why live streams behave differently from on-demand video.
Keep Your Login to Yourself
Your login works like a house key. Share it only inside your private chat with us, never in group chats, forums or comment threads. Our team only ever talks about it in that private chat. We also never chase payments, because no AirnTV plan renews on its own. If a message asks you to "renew now" through a strange link, it is not from us.
Resellers, Rights Holders and Everything Else
Thinking of selling AirnTV to friends and family? Open your first message with "reseller" so it lands with the right person, or browse the credit packs for AirnTV resellers beforehand. Copyright owners have a separate route, set out on the AirnTV DMCA policy, which gets a notice in front of whoever handles it.
