1. When these terms apply
Throughout this page, AirnTV means us, the people operating airntv.online, and "the Service" means the IPTV streams we sell there. Asking for a test login, paying for a plan or pressing play on one of our streams counts as accepting everything written below. Disagree with any of it? Then please stay off the Service.
2. What a plan opens
Until your plan runs out, your login reaches the live lineup (sport and live events included) and the films-and-series catalog. We stream in 4K, FHD and HD, but the picture on your screen is shaped by the source feed, your television, the player device and the speed of your home connection.
Licensing never stands still, which means channels, movies, shows and seasons arrive and leave during any plan. No individual channel, title, match, subtitle language or audio track is guaranteed to last for your whole term. The AirnTV lineup page and our explainer on live IPTV show the Service as it looked on their last check.
3. Live channels, sport and events
Which channels appear, and what airs on each of them, is decided by broadcasters and the rights they own. Those rights vary from region to region and shift from season to season. AirnTV carries channels. We neither own nor resell rights to a league, team, tournament or event.
So you will never see us promise a particular game, league, race, fight card or pay-per-view event. Pay-per-view is watchable only when some channel in our lineup is carrying it, and single events are not something we sell. Start times and listings belong to the broadcaster, so check its schedule ahead of a game that matters to you. Our sports hub shows how the sports groups are laid out.
4. Your side of the setup
Bringing the broadband, the TV or screen and a gadget that runs a third-party IPTV player is up to you. No AirnTV-branded app exists; the page about the AirnTV app explains why. Accounts on Netflix, Disney+ or any other platform never come bundled with a plan. Reading our step-by-step setup guides costs nothing, and our WhatsApp line, +44 7451 256085, will talk you through the very first sign-in.
5. Plan lengths, screens and prices
You pay what the AirnTV pricing page shows, in USD. Lengths come in 1, 3, 6 or 12 months; screen limits come in 1, 2, 3 or 5 simultaneous streams. Lifetime deals and access with no end date are not for sale.
When a price moves, only orders placed after the move pay the new figure. A plan that is already paid for stays at its original price right up to its last day.
6. No contract, no auto-renewal
Think of each order as one payment that buys one fixed stretch of time, nothing more. There is no contract behind it. No renewal fires on its own, and your card is never kept on file, so cancelling is never needed. On the final day of the term, the login stops working.
When you come back, you choose again from scratch, and a different length or screen count is fine. Pausing a plan, pro-rata credit and moving leftover time to someone else are not offered. If you need anything this page does not mention, get a yes from us on WhatsApp before relying on it.
7. Ordering and activation
Orders come in two ways: the form on the pricing page, or a WhatsApp message to us. A person from AirnTV reads back the plan length, the screen limit and the price, then drops a secure payment link into that chat. What the link shows is the complete cost of the term. Email plays no part in ordering or support.
After the payment clears, expect a working login under 15 minutes later, sent to that same WhatsApp chat.
8. Using your login fairly
A plan belongs to a single household, and the number of streams running together may not exceed the limit you paid for. If a login is posted online, resold anywhere other than through the AirnTV reseller program, or used to rebroadcast our streams, we may shut the account and keep the payment.
Checking that your viewing is legal in your own country or state is your job alone.
9. The first-order guarantee
Money back within 7 days applies to a first purchase. The AirnTV refund policy spells out what qualifies and how to ask, and every request goes through our WhatsApp support team.
10. Outages and interruptions
Our streams pass through networks owned by other companies, so planned maintenance or a sudden fault can knock them out for a while. Hit by a long outage? Message us on WhatsApp and we look at your case individually. A break in service does not, by itself, earn added days or a part refund.
11. How far our liability goes
We make no promises beyond the ones on this page, and none should be read in. Where the law permits, the most AirnTV can owe on any claim is what you paid for the order that was running when the issue arose.
12. When these terms change
Every so often this page is revised; the "Last updated" line near the top tells you which version is live. Carrying on watching or ordering after an update means you accept the new text. To ask about any clause, reach us via the AirnTV contact page.
Still have a question after reading? AirnTV answers on WhatsApp +44 7451 256085, or you can write to the team from the AirnTV contact form.
