Our position on copyright
Games, shows, films and live events are made and paid for by real people, and we respect that. AirnTV acts on valid notices under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and on comparable claims sent from abroad. Once a notice meets the statute's requirements, the material it points to is taken down or blocked. The US Copyright Office DMCA pages explain the legal framework.
Two ways to file
Message +44 7451 256085 on WhatsApp and open with the words "DMCA notice" so it is passed to the right person straight away. Alternatively, fill in our contact form, pick Other as the subject and leave a WhatsApp number where we can answer. With no public email inbox, those are the two routes available.
What a valid notice contains
Identification of the copyrighted work you are concerned about.
Identification of the material you consider infringing, plus its precise location, so our team can find it without guesswork.
Ways to reach you: full legal name, postal address, telephone number and your preferred reply channel.
Your good-faith statement that the copyright holder, its agent or the law has not authorized the use you are reporting.
Your statement, made under penalty of perjury, that what the notice says is true and that you are the rights holder or legally authorized to represent one.
A signature from you, either handwritten or electronic.
Timelines
Expect an acknowledgment of a complete notice within 2 business days, and action on the listed material within 5. When a notice is missing something, we write back to say what, and hold the notice until the gap is filled.
Filing a counter-notice
Think your material was pulled in error? Use either route above to send a counter-notice. It should carry the same identifying details as a notice, plus your explanation, sworn under penalty of perjury, of why taking the material down was wrong. Scope
The policy covers both the content published on airntv.online and anything delivered through the AirnTV streams. Setup and billing questions belong in ordinary WhatsApp support, which keeps genuine copyright reports from getting buried. Any personal information in a notice is treated as set out in the AirnTV privacy policy.
Accuracy and false claims
Double-check before you file. The DMCA allows courts to award damages against a person who knowingly misrepresents that material infringes, or knowingly misrepresents that it was taken down by mistake.
