Personal data on this page is controlled by AirnTV, which operates airntv.online. Customers reach us through WhatsApp or through this website's forms, nothing else, as we run no public email address.
Trial and contact forms
Our free trial request and the contact form ask for your name, which device you will watch on and anything you choose to type in the message box. A WhatsApp number or email is optional and only ever used for our answer. Each form entry carries the sender's IP address too, which we keep so automated spam can be filtered.
Orders through a form or WhatsApp
Ordering means sharing a first name, your location, an email address and a WhatsApp contact with us, so we can check the order and send a payment link. Chatting on WhatsApp also reveals your profile name and number to us. Payment card or bank details are typed straight into the payment company's own page; AirnTV has no view of them.
Five uses, no more
We use personal data to open your account, deliver your login, troubleshoot technical issues, answer what you send us and send a single reminder just before your plan ends. That is the complete list. Your data is never sold, rented out or swapped with anybody.
Cookies and site analytics
To learn which guides people actually find useful, a light analytics script counts visits. It creates no ad profile and drops no advertising cookies. Turn analytics off in your browser and the site keeps working exactly the same.
Retention
A customer record stays with us for the length of an active plan plus another 12 months, so anyone who returns can keep the same login. Once that period passes, we delete it.
Anything sent through a form on the website is erased 90 days from the day it arrives.
Seeing, fixing or deleting your data
Whenever you like, ask us to show you, correct or erase the information we hold on you. WhatsApp +44 7451 256085 or write through the contact page, and you will hear back within 30 days.
Keeping it safe
All of airntv.online loads over encrypted HTTPS, and stored records are open to our support staff only. We send logins inside a private WhatsApp chat. Treat yours as private too: whoever holds it can use your screens. A login we find posted publicly is handled under the AirnTV terms, and refund questions follow the refund policy.
Settings saved in your player
Favorite channels, resume points, subtitle choices and any PIN are written by the third-party player app onto the device where you installed it. None of that is sent to AirnTV servers. More about those apps is in our disclaimer.
Future changes
Should our handling of personal data change, we will rewrite this page and update its date.
